Look at this commercial. Apparently it was banned in the country owing to its racist overtones.

However, if you look at it from another perspective: It depicts a nice colored man who is feared needlessly because of his color. Condescending? Yes. Anti-African? I really cannot say. To me it is spreading a message of universal brotherhood albeit in a condescending way.
