Brandy

Had a nice time at Avnish’s place. Finally managed to “make frandship” with Brandy the Boxer. It’s a terrifying beast who will scare the shit out of you. Yesterday he was eating out of my hands. (He’s fond of Parle G). But the son of some bitch kept on perambulating from here to there and whenever he passed by me, he always licked my right hand. It was funny and disgusting at the same time. The guy is also very fond of back massages.

My fear of dogs is going away now. It was incredible how Brandy managed to eat a biscuit off my hands without once touching my hand with his teeth. Mostly I did it only because I trusted my friend Avnish, and not so much his brother (the dog). I will admit, it was blind faith from my side and nothing else. In life, if you want to get out of your comfort zone, you’ve gotta trust people at some stage. I will be really sad to see Brandy depart when he ultimately does. In terms of humans, he’s an 85 year old man. But that’s life.

Long and tiring day. Long and tiring day tomorrow. Day by day I am beginning to hate the wordpress content management system. It seems it will die a slow death. I sure hope something can be done about its problems. You are however, advised to not use any third party plugins without verifications.

I am extremely happy to have my buddy Ashwin joining me full time. Let’s see how things work out between us.

My novella is also coming along nicely. I am thinking I will finish it off by the end of next month and then maybe expand on it (if I feel like it). As usual, it’s a science fiction Isaac Asimov style. (Bwaahahahaha) I really should read some book by Asimov since I think I think somewhat like he “thunk”. It’s a pity I cannot stand details.

Oh well…
